Please Note for Overseas shipping:
We add your shipping onto your total after we package all your items in the box and weigh them. We use the rate calculator on the www.usps.com web site as our shipping price and make no profit on the shipping and charge very little to no added handling charge.
We ship all out of the US Packages by 1st Class Air Mail unless otherwise requested.

Note to out of US buyers: If you need or want a tracking number and insurance you will have to upgrade to Priority or Express mail which starts at $28.00 & up for a small package up to 1 LB.

All packages (except Racesets) in the US are shipped US Mail and are Free with orders over $75.00.
We use the US Mails delivery conformation number tracking system and have not lost a package to date! Racesets are shipped UPS ground.
Unless requested there is no insurance added as to save on shipping charges and as such we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. To request insurance (for US Only) indicate so in our Special Ordering Instructions of our order form and a fee of $2.00 for the first $100.00 will be added, thereafter $1.00 per $100.00.

All packages shipped outside the US are shipped 1st Class Air Mail and the above charges are added. For an exact quote please email us at mickyvegas@aol.com. We us www.usps.com for our shipping quotes. Unless requested there is no insurance added as to save on shipping & customs charges and as such we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Insurance for packages outside the US fall under a different catagory (Priority or Express mail) as such shipping rates and insurance will be higher then above. Call or email for more information on insurance for outside the US.

If you wish your package shipped Express Mail you must indicate so by a notation in your Special Order Instructions of your order form and the above shipping charge will be added.

Because of many bad checks from non honorable people we have

been forced to discontinue COD's!

Return Policy

All authorized returns will be credited to your account, minus original shipping charges.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee AND postage paid by Slot Car City on items on our free shipping on orders over $75.00 policy & any other postage paid by Slot Car City.
There will be no refunds of Express shipping charges.

CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON THERE RETURNS.
NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS APPROVED BY THE OWNER OF SLOT CAR CITY.

Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging, original condition and unused.

All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be returned directly through that manufacturer and should not be returned to Slot Car City. Please contact us if you need the manufacturer's address or phone number.
Please include your invoice number & the reason for your return along with your phone number.
